You moved into a new apartment three weeks ago. Since then, the heating in your bedroom has not worked properly, and the temperature at night drops to about fifteen degrees. You have already contacted the building manager twice, but nothing has been done.

Write an email to the property management company.

• Describe the problem and explain how it is affecting you.
• Explain what you have already done to try to solve it.
• Say what you want the company to do, and by when.
